Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Mainland UK only.

How much is delivery?

For mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands), standard size parcels weighing less than 25kg cost £4.99, additional parcels to the same address will cost an extra £4.99. Over sized items and items weighing over 25kg cost £9.95.

Delivery of furniture and larger items is carried out by Glasswells or one of its trusted suppliers. These prices range from £35 to £300 depending on your area. Please contact us on 01284 752804 for more information.

Is assembly included in the delivery charge?

Assembly work is not included in the price of delivery; please contact us for a quote for these services.

What items can't be delivered?

We are unable to delivery the following items, however you may choose to click and collect from your nearest store:

  • Sharp items such as knives and scissors
  • Alcohol
  • Lighter cubes or gas canisters
  • Fragile items such as pictures and mirrors
When will my order arrive?

For homewares and small furniture items that are in stock, you can expect your order to arrive between 2-5 working days. For furniture and larger items, please refer to the stated availability message on the individual product, we will then contact you for a delivery date that suits you. Delivery dates are approximate, and some items on your order may be sent out separately, and can arrive on different times. More information on delivery is found here.

Can I collect my order?

If you have ordered homewares or small furniture items, you can use our click and collect feature to pick up your order from your chosen Glasswells store in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich or Haverhill. Large furniture items are available for collection at our warehouse with prior arrangment. You have seven calendar days to collect your order. Can you take my old furniture away?

We have partnered with Clearabee who will take away your old furniture for recycling, you can book and pay for your slot here. Alternatively, your local council may offer a curb side collection service or some charity shops will pick up furniture items.

How do I return an item?

For homewares and small furniture items, you can return the product via post or at our stores in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a fully saleable condition. In the event of a faulty item, we will provide a returns label.
